The Family Advocate / Information & Referral Specialist provides information, referral, advocacy and case management services relative to housing, health, education, employment, welfare, legal issues, immigration, social security, food pantry, English-as-a-Second Language, voter registration, notary services and translation services (verbal and written), etc.
